How to show file extensions in Windows 7

After an hour of installation. The first thing I don't like Window's series is which doesn't show the file extension in default. Below is what you need to change in order to show file's extension:

1. Open Control Panel

2. Open Folder Options. If you can't find it, you may type Folder Options on the search box which is located at top right corner.

3.  Select View tab.

4.  Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types.

5. Click OK to save the changes.
