Or even an organization or government department (A website that is finishing with .org , .gov or .org.nz , .govt.nz in NZ held higher weighting than .com or .co.nz website). Send them an email and introduce yourself. Your products and services and explain how your could benefit to their visitors. Politely suggest them to create a link to your website.
